Design and Certification of

Diving Chamber Observation Windows

S.E.A. has successfully designed replacement windows for high pressure diving chambers. The window replacements have been designed according to appropriate standards, and certified by S.E.A..  With certification, it is ensured that appropriate stress analyses have been considered and that all the following meet the code:

• window geometry and thickness;
• window seats;
• window flanges;
• window seals; and
• dimensional tolerances and surface finish of the window and seat.
