S.E.A. lead a project to redesign a
bottom-entry drive for a chemical mix tank for a manufacturer of medical
dip-molded products. The original design had been performed by a company
without the concept innovation skills nor the precision machine design
and fabrication capabilities required to produce a working solution.
Careful attention to precision fits and
tolerances, proper application of rolling contact bearings and the
design of a special seal arrangement were essential technology
components which S.E.A.'s team applied to the problem to effect a
solution for the client. |
